We are now seeking an ambitious Senior Property Consultant to help drive growth across our key Central & SW postcodes.
Win and list new sales & lettings instructions across Central & SW postcodes
Accurately value residential properties and prepare tailored marketing strategies
Qualify buyers & tenants, conduct viewings, and manage the sales & lettings pipeline
Negotiate offers and progress sales & lettings through to completion
Deliver exceptional service to both vendors, Landlords, buyers & tenants.
Maintain regular contact with past and potential clients
Provide expert local advice and help build the SW Estates brand
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a sales negotiator, lettings negotiator or property consultant
Strong knowledge of the Central & SW London market
Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Self-motivated and highly organised
Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
Up to 70% commission on completed sales
Flexible schedule (work from home or field-based)

No targets, no micromanagement
Basic salary: £25,000 – £35,000
Commission: Up to 15%
OTE: £60,000 – £100,000+
