We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to help us grow our managed portfolio and deliver exceptional service across Central & SW London.
Proactively source and win new rental instructions
Value and list properties to let, ensuring accurate pricing and marketing
Conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies, and progress deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up
Assist with compliance (Right to Rent checks, tenancy paperwork, etc.)
Contribute to team targets and business growth
Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings (negotiator or senior level)
Proven track record of hitting targets and winning instructions
In-depth knowledge of the Central & SW London rental market
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
Employed or Self-Employed Options:
Self-Employed: Up to 70% commission, flexible hours, zero micromanagement
Employed: Basic salary £25,000 – £30,000 + OTE £50,000 – £80,000+
